Haley and a rainy day

Today was just one of those days.. I was running 30 minutes late to our session after chasing my dog down the highway, and then slipping on the only piece of ice left on the road, and having to shower all over again. We drove all the way to Aiken with fingers crossed that it would quit raining, which by the way it didnt. So after alot of thought we decided on studio shots since I already had it setup. Haley was great she just went with the flow with a smile on her face. At the end of the day we had some great images... Heres a few of them.

Hair Stylist/Make-up Artist

If you'd like your hair and make up done for any kind of photography she will travel with Jessica Dian Photography to your photo site, and we will make you beautiful for your pictures!

Mathew & Rayn

Today I had the opportunity to photograph the cute couple Mathew & Rayn Browning, They were so full of love and laughs, I really enjoyed shooting them. We had a great time, even though it was very chilly! Mathew & Rayn were the runner-ups in the Couple Contest, and have been married two years, but we recreated their wedding portraits in a few shots because they never had professional ones done. All of their pictures came out great, But I can only share a few with you on so Im going to pick some of my favorites.

Albums

I am super super excited! Today I just ordered two of the new "photo guest books" that are now included in my "wedding packages" One of the two guest books is for me to keep as an example to show future brides, The other is for the upcoming wedding of Corey & Rachael. I also created and ordered a "wedding album" to be able to show to my future brides of the Carver Wedding from November 2010. I have the custom made computer verision on the wedding albums Ive made posted on my website Ill share that link with you at the end of this post. However I plan to take some pictures when the new books arrive and will post them for you all to see how fabulous they are! Christmas

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas! I spent the day with my love, we had breakfast at IHOP, then went for a nice walk at Savannah Rapids. We bought ourselves a Wii for Christmas so when we got home we spent the rest of the day competing for the high score in sports, skiing, and the we had a blast laser dueling each other. I have decided that if every married couple had one and either boxed or dueled everytime they were frustrated there would be no need for counseling...lol.

Brittingham Family

Today I met the Brittinghams, Three sisters who obviously love each other very much. It was alittle sad though one of them is moving away and thats why they wanted their picture done together, to be able to give to their parents. Then there was little Brody who was a total trip and kept me laughing, and Mallory who was one of the happiest babies I have ever seen. It was a little chilly and quite a hike, but I had fun and their pictures came out gorgeous!

My Babies

So today I was bored and looked around at how terribly adorable my babies were just sitting around being lazy. So I decided to take the opportunity to capture them on camera. First is Mia, Thats my husbands cat, She has a personality of her own, she is independent and only wants you to feed her, other than that leave her the heck alone, Next up is Milo aka Lil Man, Thats my baby he is a rescue chihuahua, He is very timid until he knows you, eats everything in sight, and likes to cuddle. Last but not least is Moggy my husbands pride and joy, He is 9 years old but still a big kitten, he loves to rough house and run around and play.

Carver Wedding

I was so priveledged to be a part of this wedding, I am life long friends with the bride and went to school with the groom. I cant imagine anyone more perfect than these two are for each other. They exchanged their vows in Jessica's grandmothers backyard witht he reception at the Womens Lodge afterwards. Josh & Jess' Day was perfect and I see them having a long a happy life together.

Moving to Georgia

So, today I got married! Nothing big or fancy just us in jeans, boots, and white shirts at the court house. But it was a fabulous wedding. No stress or worries, just us and our love! It was spur of the moment but Im so glad we did it! He is a amazing man and I love him with everything I am. We went to eat at Olive Garden afterwards and then walked on the beach, that was my short but sweet honeymoon. For those of you who wanted to be there, we will probably have a big ceremony later but as far as Im concerned todays ceremony was perfect!
